Our System
Our system is easy to use yet produces a comprehensive, complete and full financial analysis of any multifamily property.  The system operates under the premise that there are two types of information needed in order to accomplish a Full Financial Analysis:

1.    Variables (different for every property)
2.    Typical Assumptions (usually the same for every deal)

In most cases, all that is needed is for you to provide 20 to 40 variable pieces of data as listed below under "Variables".

In rare cases, there may be a need to change the typical ASSUMPTIONS, but these ASSUMPTIONS are based on proven experience in multifamily brokerage, property management, and ownership of apartments.  These ASSUMPTIONS can be changed easily if you feel that a special case applies, but our suggestion is to leave these ASSUMPTIONS alone. 

The whole process takes just a few minutes on your end.  The result is a Full Investment Analysis that can be used for any purpose including investment analsysis, underwriting, evaluation, and help in completing your DUE DILIGENCE on a property.
